The system works in 3 stages.
- Stage 1: True cost mapping. I map every real cost inside your business: labor, materials, overhead, debt service, and the owner’s return. Not the accounting version. The operational reality.
- Stage 2: Minimum Mandatory Profit calculation. Using your true cost structure, I calculate your MMP: the exact gross margin your business needs to produce to cover every obligation and generate real wealth for you.
- Stage 3: Pricing correction. If your current pricing can’t produce that margin, the gap is quantified and the required correction is specified. Not a range. Not an estimate. A number.
